From a small group of professionals sharing a meal, the American Institute of Architects has grown to a robust, focused organization providing guidance, service, and standards to architects around the world. The AIA continues to strive for quality, consistency, and safety in the built environment and to serve as the voice of the architecture.
In 2007, the members of the American Institute of Architects will mark the AIA's 150 years of service to the profession and the nation by working with their communities to create a better future by design.
We are pleased to announce that AIA150 has awarded a grant to AIA Colorado South! The project is characterized in part by a series of local forums and charrettes in which architects, citizens, and community leaders can come together to address our community's distinct needs.
